Exchange & Return Policy

Conditions for Exchange & Return:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: All Stickzy products undergo quality inspections. 

However, if the product is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, you are eligible to request an            exchange or a refund.

  • Exchange/Refund Request Period: Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.

​

  • Non-Eligible Conditions: Change of mind returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Exchange & Refund Procedure:

  • Please email us at Hello@stickzy.com.au with your request. Once we confirm the issue, we will guide you through the exchange or refund process.

  • Stickzy will cover the return shipping costs in cases of defective products.

Shipping Policy

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $60, and $9.95 for orders under $60.

  • Express Shipping: Free for orders over $75, and $15 for orders under $75.

​

  • International Shipping: Currently in preparation.

Wholesale Inquiries

Stickzy offers customized services for businesses and bulk purchase customers. We provide price discounts and special benefits for large orders.
