At Stickzy, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your product, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns for Unused Items:
If you wish to return an unused and unopened product, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Non-returnable Items:
Custom-designed stickers and items that have been used cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at Hello@stickzy.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. However, you can return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Faulty Products:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Proof of damage (such as photos) may be requested.
